When you contact us, you will speak with one of our solicitors who will provide you with a helpful and friendly service to begin the claims process. We will discuss with you the circumstances of the accident and the injury that you have sustained. We can then make an appointment for you to come in to see us or in the alternative we can pursue your claim by telephone, email and post.
We will give you our expert opinion on the strength of your case and an estimate of the amount of compensation you are entitled to. If you decide to proceed you will be sent out some paperwork explaining the entire process.
Most of the work is done by us so it will take up very little of your time. We will send out a letter of claim to the defendant to inform them of your intention to claim for compensation for the injury caused to you. You will then be asked to go for a medical assessment to see how badly your injury has affected you. We will then if applicable assess your loss of earnings and out of pocket expenses and try to recover these.
