Unfortunately there is no fixed time limit on how long a Personal Injury claim takes. However, we can take all necessary steps to ensure your claim is progressed in a professional and prompt manor. Upon receiving your initial instructions we will immediately request your medical report from your treating doctor and send out all necessary correspondence.
When we are in receipt of your medical report we will prepare and submit your application to the Personal Injuries Board. The Personal Injuries Board can take up to nine months to assess your claim. If you decide to reject the Injuries Board assessment, they will then issue us with an authorisation. We will then prepare your case for Court by drafting all necessary pleadings, instructing experts while at all times continuing to negotiate settlements on your behalf.
By contacting us we will be able to give you a guide on how long your claim will take.
