If you have suffered an injury at work you may be entitled to compensation. An accident at work claim falls under the Personal Injury jurisdiction of law. Your employer is under a duty to provide you with a safe place of work. The first thing you should do when you suffer a work related injury is to report the accident to your employer or supervisor immediately. It is very important that you keep details of the time and place of the incident, if there were any witnesses, when you reported the accident and to whom you reported it.

If you have sustained any Personal Injuries it is important that you seek immediate medical attention from the emergency department at your nearest hospital or your GP. A claim for an injury at work is subject to the Statute of Limitations and therefore a claim must be brought within two years from the date of the incident. If you feel that you have suffered Personal Injuries due to a work related incident please contact our experienced solicitors who will advise and guide you through the process.
